General Terms & Conditions

(this is a translation for better understanding only. The German worded AGB are valid!)

General
We are generally allowed to change and complete our terms and conditions. These are valid for all contracts, deliveries & Services.TradeTerms and conditions of customer companies, contradicting these, are unacknowledged by us.  Special terms need our agreement in writing. Deliveries are based solely on our Terms and Conditions: 1. All prices are shown in € and generally excluding VAT. Exceptions, f.e. books, will be correctly priced. However, all prices in our Online-shop are including VAT.

1. All prices shown cannot be guaranteed, prices are fixed on the deal. The availability of an article decides about the acceptance and conducting of an order. Minimal deliveries of under €35,- value will be charged an additional € 7,- cost for minimal orders. Samples excluded.

2. If not especially asked otherwise by the purchaser, deliveries are sent by a parcel carrier or freight hauler of our choice. Deliveries are generally at expense & risk of the purchaser. Wares will be insured by us at the expense of the purchaser.

3. Wares will be controlled by us for mistake avoidance, prior delivery. Should there be complaints about deliveries, we need a written complaint within 8 days after delivery. Later objections are invalid. Accepted complains will be exchanged immediately at no expense. Other demands are ruled out from the start.

4. Customer made items cannot be exchanged or returned.

5. Debts must be cleared and paid within the date shown on the invoice. Should an express date of  payment be missing, goods must be paid within 10 days without Settlement Discount (skonto) of 3%. Late Payment will result in reserving our right to charge interest of at least 2% above current bank rate.

6. The property in any goods sold and delivered by us does not pass on the purchaser unless and until the full purchase price thereof is paid to us. This includes our right to reclaim unpaid goods. Not fully paid goods can`t be leased, sold or given as debt.clearing to a third party unless paid completely.

7. Deliveries to new purchasers will be paid for in advance, as well as online customers.

8. Place of fulfillment is Sehnde.Place of Jurisdiction is Lehrte near Hanover. German law presides over contractual relationship.

9. Should any part of these Terms & Conditions contradict valid German law, and be therefore invalid or outdated, it will not invalidate the other Terms & Conditions laid out above.

10. Due to § 28 of  Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes (BDSG) (German Privacy law), we inform You that purchaser data needed to conduct business are worked on and stored via an electronic device  § 33 (BDSG) (Computer). Personal Data will be stored securely and used confidentially.
